FIVE MILLION DOLLAR renovation. Adding many attributes yet still offering to our guests the essence of old world charm unlike any other establishment in Southern California.

For your ceremonies we will have two idyllic settings. One, displaying natural beauty with a stunning panoramic view of the foothills and the city below and another featuring our romantic tuscan style gazebo set amongst our newly designed courtyard underneath a canopy of olive trees.
The newly refurbished theater will provide two beautifully appointed banquet rooms featuring hard wood floors, massive hand crafted overhead beams, and distinguished lighting which will create the intimate setting that one can only dream about for their picture perfect event. The surrounding areas will add to the experience with unforgettable views and captivating courtyards.
The Padua Hills Theatre featuring Chantrelles Catering is very well known for their amazing cuisine. They are dedicated to the customization of each individual client. The menu features an abundance of both International and American cuisines.
Whatever you can dream, Chantrelles can create.
Whether you desire an elegant sit-down meal service with many courses or a more casual buffet style, we can assist you in creating just the right menu for you and your guests. We also have a variety of “Themed Buffets” including the Kansas City BBQ, Asian, Mexican, Italian, Caribbean, and Southern Style cuisine. For early events, we offer a brunch style menu as well.
Unlike many locations, we provide all the china, flatware, fine glassware, tables and chairs for your special occasion at no additional charge.
While preparing for your event, only the freshest and finest quality foods are served and everything is prepared on-site. We offer an ala-carte menu or several packages to meet your needs.
Our menu has a wide variety of exceptional foods including Certified Angus Beef, Seafood, and Hor’s D’oeuvres such as Hot Curried Oysters, Coconut Fried Shrimp, and Gourmet Pizza’s. We are always happy to personally design a special menu for you.
Chantrelles in-house bakery creates the most amazing desserts and wedding cakes you’ll ever see. You can bring in your ideas or we can provide you with some wonderful suggestions for your dessert or wedding cake.
For your convenience, we offer an incredible in-house entertainment company who thoroughly handle all aspects of your event. With all of the equipment on-site, our staff of entertainers will provide full coordination of all of your activities, as well as guide you through the formalities. Our Disc Jockeys, Emcee’s and Entertainers are very familiar with the facility and are very polished in their style. They have years of experience, an incredible knowledge of music, great personalities, and wonderful stage presence. They have consistently been rated outstanding in their service to our clients.
The Padua Hills Theatre is available, in most cases to serve our clients seven days a week.
